Pregnant And Need Money Fast With Little Effort

It’s crunch time. You’re pregnant and need money fast because baby is on the way and there are one hundred things yet to buy. You need cash and you need it fast. Here’s how to make money while pregnant without much effort:

1. Take Surveys

While taking surveys will not replace a full-time income, you can make easy extra money. Plus, these are things you can do even if you’re pregnant on bedrest or just killing time in the waiting room for your 98 appointments.

Hot Tip #1: Create an email address just for taking surveys or create a filter so all messages from the survey companies go to a specific folder. That way you can check that spot once or twice per day when you’re ready for survey activities, without filling your main inbox with survey offers.

But are there legitimate survey companies? Yup!

Legitimate Online Survey Companies:

Pinecone Research

Pinecone Research is a trusted leader in the survey panel industry. This site pays you $3 for every survey you take and you only need a $3 balance to get paid. There is a specific app for Pinecone Research too, so you can take surveys while you’re killing time in the waiting room for all your doctor appointments.
Pinecone is also great because you can get paid in your PayPal account, check, or through gift cards, and it seems much faster than other survey sites. Tap here to sign up and see if you qualify.

Survey Momma

If you sign up for Survey Momma, they search through thousands of surveys to find the most relevant and top-paying ones for you. They don’t have all of the survey sites but they still have lots to choose from. Plus, the service is totally free. So if you want access to lots of survey sites all in one spot, then sign up with Survey Momma!

InboxDollars will give you $5 gift ust for signing up. Then you can earn more cash (a little at a time) by:

  • answering questions
  • playing games
  • watching TV and movies
  • browsing the web through the InboxDollars search engine
  • entering into sweepstakes
  • reading emails
  • checking out products and services

You can withdraw the money you’ve earned once you reach $30. With InboxDollars, even if you get disqualified for a survey, you win a spin on Billy’s Spin and Win wheel to earn something. Use the InboxDollars mobile app for Android or for iOS.

Swagbucks is another site where you can get paid up to $35 to take surveys, watch videos, and play games. You can also use the Swagbucks search engine for your internet browsing or add the Swagbucks button to rack up points even faster.
Bonus: You Get $10 for Signing Up after your first purchase through one of their store links. When you earn enough points, you earn the money in gift cards. I like using this for fun money to spend on Amazon!

Survey Junkie

Another place to take surveys to make money while pregnant is Survey Junkie. Survey Junkie is known for offering high points for their surveys and a good user experience on their site. They are also generous with points by giving you a few points even if you get disqualified from a survey (which not every site does). Once you reach $10, you can cash out your points for money. Get started with Survey Junkie.

2. Sell Everything and Anything

If you’re pregnant and need money super fast, sell anything you absolutely don’t need. You would be surprised what people will pay for. Your clothes. Your purses. Holiday decorations. Your plasma. Like I said, just about anything. I made over $200 just last month selling stuff on Facebook buy & sell groups.

Here’s what you can sell:

  • things you already own but don’t need or use
  • things you make
  • things you find cheap and flip for a profit

And here’s where you can sell those things:

3. Use Rebates & Cashback Apps

You might as well make sure you’re getting as much cash back you can on your purchases by using these tools. You’ll get rebates on groceries, cleaning supplies, toiletries, clothes, travel, wholesale memberships, pet supplies, and alcoholic beverages. There’s a way to get cash back on just about any purchase using these:

If you’re a fan of office work, there’s no shame in that. In fact, your skills are in demand–virtually! With the massive growth of online business, there’s also an explosion of need for Virtual Assistants. I see posts looking to hire virtual assistants every single week in my Facebook groups…and I’m not even searching for that information!

Some virtual assistants provide customer service or check emails, but there are hundreds of services a virtual assistant can do. From video editing to proofreading and graphic design. Virtual Assistants can work remotely and start out earning $20-35 per hour.

5. Freelance Writer

Blogs need to keep putting new content out to the world to keep people engaged. But it can be hard to come up with the time and ideas. Plus, it’s nice to have a fresh perspective once in a while. So as a Freelance Writer, you could write blog posts in exchange for money. While a lot of sites will not pay for articles, there are hundreds that do.

6. Social Media Manager

Yes, there are legit ways to make money by hanging out on social media. Everyone from one-person blog owners to multi-billion dollar companies relies on social media to connect with fans, build buzz, and spread the word about their brand.

12. Blogger

While blogs used to just be online diaries, they are now used as a marketing tool for businesses and can even be a business in itself. Most people can earn money a lot faster freelancing than blogging. But if you love to write, you want to work for yourself, you have tech-skills, you are willing to willing to continuously learn, and you understand that it’s not going to be fast money, then maybe you can make money as a Blogger.

If you start a blog at the beginning of your pregnancy, you could start to see regular income by the time baby is here.

13. Coach

You could be a Coach for anything you are passionate about and turn it into a way to consistently make more money. If you’re a good listener and people often come to you for advice, maybe becoming a life coach would be a good job for you. Here’s a story of a mom who started as a BeachBody Coach while on maternity leave.

14. Author

I officially became an author on my second baby’s due date. It took me about 6 months to complete my book about how to wipe out debt fast, and I was 40-weeks pregnant when I hit publish.

P.S. I wish I had known how many times I was going to publicly share this picture. I had no intention of it when my husband took it. We just wanted to capture that incredible moment when I received my own book in the mail. I finally felt like a legit author! Had I known, I would have put makeup on or something…but that is the real me. T-shirt, yoga pants, and all.

Even if there’s already a course on the topic you know well, there’s always room for competition. Make your course better or price it lower and you’re still in the game.
